My windows 10 acc is admin so i don't get it why won't windows let me edit gpedit. Hi, i want to run gpedit as administrator. First i was getting the error that i can't access the gpedit because i'm not admin.

Msc is missing in windows 10 when i type gpedit.msc in run by pressing win+r it showing windows cannot find gpedit.msc.
Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.
When i type gpedit into search and right click on gpedit i am not offered an option to run as admin. Just to note, that while you can enable the local group policy editor (gpedit.msc) in windows 10 home, it will not actually work to apply the policies in the registry. I am the only user and administrator on this pc.
